About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Arvore Immersive Experiences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Lead the development of our brand strategy, identity, and go-to-market strategy
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute product go-to-market strategies
  • Research and present industry metrics and trends to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain our storefront presence and develop content for our online stores
  • Lead the development of marketing assets, communications, social media, and community efforts
  • Drive alignment and accountability to results across creative development, production, analytics, finance, and market planning
  • Represent Arvore Immersive Experiences at industry events and conferences
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing for games and/or extended reality products
  • Strong relationships with games marketing and services providers
  • Experience leading remote teams
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Global mindset
  • Passion for games, movies, storytelling, virtual reality, and new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in extended reality products and games development
  • Advanced knowledge in game analytics and user acquisition
