We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home care services in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate effective care strategies.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care according to prescribed medical orders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret vital data from patients and document accurate diagnoses.
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- A valid TB or Chest X-Ray certification.
- A current BLS card is required.
- Prior professional nursing experience preferred, with a minimum of one year.
