Job Overview

The selected individual will work closely with factories to validate components and machines at every stage of the manufacturing process. They will also partner with engineers to drive improvements through collaboration, troubleshooting, and lessons learned.

In addition, they will manage global flashing success for new product introductions and offerings. This will involve coordinating Elek groups to keep validation aligned and efficient.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process validation efforts across global Medium Wheel Loader programs, driving improvements through collaboration, troubleshooting, and lessons learned.
  • Partner with factories to validate components and machines at every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring top-tier performance.
  • Manage global flashing success for new product introductions and offerings, making sure every Medium Wheel Loader rolls out with precision.
  • Coordinate Elek groups to keep validation aligned and efficient.
  • Drive targeted in-process validation projects that elevate machine quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Pre-advanced English.
  • Demonstrated technical excellence in engineering, with a strong foundation in mechanical systems and manufacturing, heavy equipment or construction processes.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design and engineering tools, with experience creating and refining complex models and assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience in product design, from concept through validation, with a focus on performance, quality, and customer value.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
