Middleware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Middleware Specialist to support our clients in North America. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM integration products and experience with automation tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Middleware Integration products like IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, DataPower, and others in different infrastructure on premise and cloud.
  • Troubleshoot, manage, design, and implement products at a Foundation level.
  • Develop skills in AIX/Linux operating systems, programming for automation using shell script and/or Ansible, process-oriented profile (IPC processes, ITIL), and client-oriented profile with great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Foundation-level skills in IBM Message Queue, IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, AIX/Linux operating system, shell scripting, and Ansible.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • IBM MQ 9.1, IIB (Broker) 10, ACE 11, IBM Datapower Gateway 7.6, GCP Cloud certification path, or AWS Cloud certification path.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
