Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the General Accounting function, Customer Credit and Collection function, Cost Accounting function, and financial planning and analysis process.
  • Lead the sub-regional Finance and Accounting organization, responsible for accurate representation of the sub-regional finance position.
  • Implement and control all accounting policies and procedures, including those of the group and sub-regional requirements.
  • Prepare internal and external reports accurately and on time, developing analyses based on data generated or provided.
  • Direct the administration of key business systems within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, including tax law, financial regulation, export sanctions, and labor law.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of management experience in senior financial roles such as VP Finance, Group Controller, Finance Director.
  • College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Master's or CPA is a must.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Local GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Extensive experience using ERP and MRP systems.
  • Manufacturing/operations background and experience required.
  • Advanced English competence.
