Clinical Leadership Opportunity

The Clinical Director oversees the day-to-day operations of an ABA clinic. This senior leadership role leads a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of clinic operations ensures quality-based services are provided.
  • Supervision and feedback on clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, and BCBA session notes promote effective team performance.
  • Training and support for team members foster positive interactions with clients and their families.
  • Career development coaching and mentorship for BCBAs and RBTs adhere to applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a BCBA (Master's Degree in ABA or a related field required).
  • BCBA Certification plus state license (if applicable) is necessary.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
