As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in resolving daily operational issues faced by users of the system. You will collaborate with stakeholders, apply SCM/Mfg domain knowledge alongside ERP expertise, and be involved in solution design, testing, and support activities.
- Business Requirement Capture: Gather and document business requirements for ERP implementation projects.
- Technical Architecture Definition: Design and implement the technical architecture for ERP systems.
- Solution Design and Support: Participate in high-level and detailed solution design, lead validation for all types of testing, and provide support for implementation, transition, and warranty phases.
- System Maintenance: Validate requirements with product offerings, work with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests, and maintain the system.
