Senior Software Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and scaling of frontend and backend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead 1:1s, mentor engineers, set growth plans, and support team development.
  • Guide technical decisions and collaborate with software architects, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Oversee microservices, API design, messaging (RabbitMQ), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Requirements:

  • Experience in software engineering leadership and development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
  • Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting.
  • People management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align business and technology needs.
