We're seeking an accomplished Software Development Specialist to join our team at a pivotal moment in our company's journey. This is a key opportunity for the right individual to make a significant impact and contribute to our mission of empowering creators to build impactful businesses.
This role involves automating repetitive tasks, streamlining software development lifecycle, and optimizing deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases. You will analyze existing engineering processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Key qualifications include:
- Proficiency in using Golang or Ruby in a production environment in a backend or fullstack capacity
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications
- Excitement and motivation to expand your skillset and take on difficult challenges
- Team player mentality: highly collaborative, documentation-focused and recognizing how to balance asynchronous communications and virtual meetings
Nice to have:
- Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team or experience contributing engineering-wide initiatives
- DevOps or SRE experience utilizing tools such as docker, kubernetes, terraform
