Street Diligence, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Create and post compelling job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms to increase the visibility of job postings and attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Leverage online job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to build a talent pipeline and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and staff interviewers.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage and track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Lead international recruitment efforts and assist with understanding and navigating different countries' employment laws and practices.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruiting software/tools.
