MEP Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Systems Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for landmark projects in the UAE.

This role involves overseeing all on-site MEP activities, from installation through commissioning, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience in MEP and construction management. You should also be able to recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.

Responsibilities:
  • Execution & Delivery: Full lifecycle management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory and safety compliance; drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.
  • Contractual Management: Ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in MEP and construction management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
