Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at Eduskills Foundation. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in Java, Web Development, and Python programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Development: Create and update detailed training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, coding exercises, and documentation for Java, Web Development, and Python programming.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Deliver content to various audiences, from beginners to advanced learners, ensuring material is engaging and understandable.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop and maintain a structured curriculum that aligns with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps in Java, Web Development, and Python. Customize training programs to address these needs effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training methodologies based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to students during and after training sessions. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Java, Web Development, and Python to ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports for management on training effectiveness and impact.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE, Certified Web Developer, Python Institute Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Java, modern web development technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular), and Python programming. Experience with related tools and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) is beneficial.
  • Teaching Skills: Excellent ability to teach complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical content to non-technical audiences and adapt communication style to various learner levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to motivate and engage learners. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude are essential.
