Front Office Professional Job

The receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for students, families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all incoming students, families, and guests respectfully and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional, pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the institution.
  • Accompany new parents on the school tour and inform them of the facilities and features of the educational system.
  • Assist the Admission Officer/Office Manager in providing support to new parents to complete documentation, explain the system, policies, rules and regulations, etc.
  • Arrange with SLO for the new parent orientation and school tour.
  • Assist in interviewing students for new admission to KG 1, KG 2 & Grade 1 classes (if and when needed).
  • Book appointments for parents with AQCs and prepare relevant documents and information in advance (including student's profile, infractions, and exam results) whenever an AQC assistant is not available.
  • Receive parent inquiries (KG 1 to Grade 13), transfer them to person in charge, and follow up with AQCs, Head Supervisor, and Office Manager.
  • Assist in student registration paperwork, procedures, and follow up.
  • Keep record for any announcement and schedules for all school activities (SLO & P.E.) and share them with parents and be able to answer their queries precisely.
  • Develop a positive, welcoming, and caring environment in the Front Office.
