We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Mid-Level Accounting Professional to support our accounting operations in Brazil and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting postings, classification, reclassification, provision, and reversal.
- Support departments in analyzing financial data and ensuring accurate accounting classifications.
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure accuracy of information.
- Manage document flow and monitor processes related to payments and receipts.
- Prepare supporting documentation and reports, ensuring proper document control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.
- Mandatory qualifications: Advanced English proficiency (evaluated during interview), experience in accounting, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Certified by CRA.
- Nice-to-have skills: Proactive attitude, organization, resilience for working in a dynamic environment, dynamic profile with easy learning capabilities.
