Digital Marketing Strategist, LATAM Add-On Subscriptions

At Amazon Prime Video, we are seeking a results-oriented digital marketer to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for add-on Subscriptions and Movie Rentals/Purchases through our owned and operated channels.

About the Role

You will be part of the team responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience by launching new add-on subscription properties on Prime Video, developing and owning the merchandising strategy across all owned and operated channels, executing campaigns to support growth and engagement of Movie Rentals/Purchases and subscriptions, and measuring impact and efficiency of merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the O&O merchandising setup and launch of new Subscription properties across channels for Prime Video, contributing to business growth and increasing acquisition during promotional periods.
  • Defining merchandising strategy, collaborating with country teams on go-to-market plans.
  • Creating and scheduling individual merchandising campaigns to Prime Video homepages across website, mobile apps, and living room devices, including new priority titles and promotional campaigns. Responsible for QA and approving Marketplace campaigns, ensuring they meet high standards across marketing channels.
  • Collaborating across business lines and internal teams to manage content calendar and share of voice allocation across high-visibility placements and devices.
  • Optimizing campaigns, messaging, and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting results and sharing best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities for process efficiency and automation, working cross-functionally with channel and product leads to implement improvements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

We estimate the salary for this position to be in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
