We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-obsessed professional to join our team at Right Hook Digital. As a key member of our performance marketing agency, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients.

The Opportunity:

  • Launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)
  • Conduct deep keyword and audience research
  • Build and maintain product data feeds using our feed platform
  • Run structured A/B tests on ads, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Scale campaigns based on performance data and ROI goals
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and manage tag implementation
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily account health
  • E nsure compliance with Google Ads policies and ad approvals
  • Create clear, insightful reports for internal and client use
  • Participate in internal strategy calls to provide PPC recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns (preferably for eCommerce)
  • Strong grasp of PPC strategy, bid management, and account structure
  • Proficient with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Analytical mindset—you love turning data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Cross-platform paid media experience (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
