As a seasoned headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top software engineers to work on Sweden-based projects. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trust with candidates, and collaboration with a global team.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit software engineers for Sweden-based roles
- Negotiate with candidates to relocate to Sweden
- Coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel) with the global team
- Serve as a point of contact for clients in various fields, including software development, R&D, and cybersecurity
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
- A well-established network of local engineering talent within the IT industry
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- An upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new ones
