Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled project coordination specialist to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: You will oversee the overall project schedule management, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other planners and execution functions to ensure the overall quality and accuracy of the schedule.
  • Supporting Project Management: You will provide visibility on upcoming tasks, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Reporting: You will create relevant reports to keep project managers up-to-date and enable them to make timely decisions.
  • Customer Interaction: You will communicate schedule updates and challenges to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Process Adherence: You will adhere to approved processes and drive the implementation of new initiatives to enhance integrated planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science.
  • Experience working in planning, preferably in the oil and gas/subsea industry or related fields.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 planning tool and Oracle MRP.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
