Audiology Expert

The mission is to simplify and make hearing care more accessible than ever before. As a specialist in hearing care, you will be part of the team that changes lives by providing clients with easy access to advanced hearing technology and outstanding care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initial point of contact for client requests through phone calls and IT ticketing system.
• Create and allocate new IT requests.
• Work on Level 1 ticket requests, communicate with vendors and internal IT staff to open, follow up on, and escalate trouble tickets.
• Use existing ticketing system and inventory management system for communication and documentation.
• Manage open tickets, report on Service Desk analytics, and perform administrative duties as assigned by IT management.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Possesses a strong interest in learning new skills and technologies.
• Excellent customer service and team-based work mindset.
• Previous experience in IT support, administration or customer service is preferred.
