We're seeking a Process Specialist to join our team, responsible for leading new product introduction projects and implementing process improvements. This role will involve managing product introduction activities, developing structured presentations and reports, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Job Description:
- Lead new product introduction projects and implement process improvements.
- Manage product introduction activities and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Develop structured presentations and reports to support managerial decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Robotics) or related areas.
- MBA in Business Management is a strong plus.
- Experience with Footprint-related strategic planning.
- Experience with mid-level and high complexity project management in national and international environments.
- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Knowledge of Financial Mathematics and Data Analysis.
- Advanced Office skills (Excel, MS Project).
- Advanced English language skills.
