We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving the selection process for our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Projects in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive the selection process, end-to-end, for our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Projects in Latin America;
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our organization;
- Perform reference checks and facilitate the transition from the recruitment process to onboarding;
- Build a talent pipeline and actively source candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs;
- Manage external recruitment agencies as needed to assist with sourcing;
- Responsible for major program mobilizations, especially in the Infrastructure and Natural Resources segments with multiple hires;
- Minimum 5 years of internal or agency recruitment experience within the construction industry;
- Proven experience recruiting for major programs (over 10 positions simultaneously for the same project);
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements;
- Stakeholder management - act as a business partner for recruitment matters;
- Experience working within a global company;
- Fluency in Spanish;
