About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and driving the selection process for our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Projects in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive the selection process, end-to-end, for our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Projects in Latin America;
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our organization;
  • Perform reference checks and facilitate the transition from the recruitment process to onboarding;
  • Build a talent pipeline and actively source candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs;
  • Manage external recruitment agencies as needed to assist with sourcing;
  • Responsible for major program mobilizations, especially in the Infrastructure and Natural Resources segments with multiple hires;
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of internal or agency recruitment experience within the construction industry;
  • Proven experience recruiting for major programs (over 10 positions simultaneously for the same project);
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements;
  • Stakeholder management - act as a business partner for recruitment matters;
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a global company;
  • Fluency in Spanish;
