Community Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team. As a key member of our center community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Your day will be filled with various tasks, from resolving client issues to planning and executing events that bring our community together. You will work closely with our Community Manager to achieve this goal.

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement event plans, including invitations, posters, and promotional materials
• Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT packages.
