We are seeking a Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, with experience in the oil and gas industry.
The Senior Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing contracts and commercial aspects of projects under the direction of the Contract Manager(s). This includes working with the Contract Manager on contract project kick-off activities, such as insurance certificates, bank guarantees, parent company guarantees, contract document review, preparation of contract summaries, and more.
The successful candidate will also assist with contract review kick-off meetings with the project team to promote contract awareness and interpretation to support project implementation. Additionally, they will maintain appropriate contract records, work with Contract Managers to prepare contractual and commercial correspondence, and participate in project risk meetings.
The Senior Contract Management Specialist will also ensure that project monthly reports reflect an accurate position on all contract and commercial issues. They will assist Contract Managers in contractual and commercial aspects of project close-out.
