Job Title: Project Management Specialist - Rio

We are seeking a seasoned project management specialist to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. This role will involve overseeing the execution of various projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in project follow-up and management. A good understanding of Petrobras' operations, governance structures, and contracts schemes is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and regulations
* Coordinating with operators and other partners to optimize project execution
* Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project delivery

A bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a related field is required. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, with French being an asset. The selected candidate will work closely with the Development Manager and BDG Director to ensure seamless project execution.

About the Role

  • Lead project execution teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring compliance with HSE policies and regulations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in project follow-up and management.
  • Good understanding of Petrobras' operations, governance structures, and contracts schemes.
