Senior UX Designer Job Description

Job Summary: ADP is hiring a Senior UX Designer to join our team of innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and visualize complex systems, workflows, and user interactions.
  • Document components, principles, and usage guidelines for easy adoption by designers and developers.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and execute projects that are strategic and conceptual in nature.

Requirements:

  • Desired: BA/BS degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Strong experience in UX design, with a proven portfolio showcasing systems thinking.
  • Conceptual and practical expertise in UX design, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of best practices and how UX design integrates with other areas.
