About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our data and AI strategy, driving business growth through innovation and technical excellence.

This pivotal leadership position requires a strong technical vision and expertise in guiding the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and innovative data and AI products aligned with our business goals and product vision.

The ideal candidate will lead talented multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, machine learning engineers, AI specialists, and platform architects, fostering a culture of technical rigor, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Define and execute the overall data and AI strategy directly supporting our industrial product vision and roadmap.
  • Platform Architecture: Architect and oversee end-to-end development of our data and AI platforms ensuring scalability, security, and modularity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams promoting a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
  • Data Governance: Implement and enforce best practices for data governance, quality, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI aligned with industry regulations.
  • Resource Management: Manage budget and resource planning, hiring, and professional development for the data & AI organization.
  • Partnerships and Innovation: Cultivate strategic partnerships, evaluate third-party technologies, and lead platform evolution integrating the latest advances in AI/ML, cloud, and data engineering.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Champion a data-driven mindset empowering all functions to leverage AI for informed decision-making.
  • KPIs and Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure the business impact of data and AI solutions.
  • Intellectual Property: Oversee the documentation, protection, and management of intellectual property developed by the team.
