Maintenance Strategist

A key role in the maintenance leadership team, the Maintenance Planner will work closely with technicians and leaders to plan and schedule maintenance activities, providing technical assistance and support as needed.

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Create predictive maintenance plans for equipment and machines, ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts, inventory, and equipment condition.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in maintenance management systems and CAD software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
