We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex problems in the oil and gas industry.

Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be part of a global team that tackles challenging projects with a focus on innovation and collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems in the oil and gas industry. This will involve reconciling data from diverse sources, proposing visualizations and new forms of analysis, transforming data into useful business information, and deepening analysis to understand atypical business events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with machine learning applied to sequential data
  • Solid understanding of model validation process
  • Experience with open source data analysis tools and machine learning libraries (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency with version-control software (i.e. Git)
  • University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. electrical engineering, statistics, computer science) including disciplines on machine learning
  • Traveling availability
  • Professional working proficiency in English
