Recruitment Specialist

As Ebury continues to expand, one of our primary focuses is attracting the right talent to join our skilled team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house role or for those seeking an international in-house opportunity within the dynamic Fintech sector.

Supported by banking giant Santander, we aim to grow significantly this year, building on our reputation as a multi-award-winning Fintech operating in over 30 countries with a dedicated team driving our success.

Role Overview

You will collaborate with a recruitment team to source candidates for a wide array of roles across various functions and regions. Identify and recruit candidates through professional networks and social media platforms. Review candidates' resumes and job applications. Evaluate applicants' relevant skills, experience, and competencies. Conduct interviews utilizing various reliable recruitment and selection techniques. Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience regardless of the outcome. Maintain candidates' interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating during the offer stage. Understand the team's requirements to identify the best candidate for each vacancy. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels. Manage scheduling and interview arrangements. Ensure accurate data is recorded in our recruitment system.

Candidate Profile

Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Demonstrated experience as an agency recruiter or in-house talent acquisition specialist, with volume recruitment experience being advantageous. Background in recruitment within Financial Services or Sales is a plus. Highly organized and self-sufficient. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong service orientation. Adaptable mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
