Junior/Middle Level Shopify Developer Position

Shopify Technical Support Professional

This is a key role that involves providing top-notch technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with product management and business partners to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level Shopify technical support and escalate critical issues as needed
  • Conduct incident analysis, postmortems, and document resolutions for continuous improvement
  • Engage with Product Management and business partners on system capability, design, and solutions
  • Work with Development to ensure technical requirements, best practices, performance, and security
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Shopify development with knowledge of Shopify Plus
  • Proficiency in core JavaScript (or a popular variant) and front-end frameworks
  • Understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 support environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Salesforce Cloud experience
