Expert Software Matchmaker Role: Toptal seeks a highly skilled Expert Software Matchmaker to work directly with clients, understanding their needs and custom-matching them with Engineering experts from our talent network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements, identifying the most suitable Engineering experts from our diverse talent pool.
  • Create engaging and accurate job descriptions that attract top talent for each position.
  • Effectively match clients with the right Engineering talent to meet their project objectives.
  • Introduce clients to talented professionals in a manner showcasing their expertise, skills, and relevance to the client's business needs.
  • Oversee the entire matching process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in software development projects or recruiting for Developers in tech companies or start-ups.
  • Experience in defining project proposals and effectively determining capabilities and deliverables required to solve technical challenges.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills to manage client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and adaptability.
