Drive Transformational Change in Power Transformers Manufacturing

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital & automation transformation in manufacturing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business.
  • Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
  • Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions.
  • Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop and update documentations, training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories.
  • Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and introduce new systems in a systematic manner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: In manufacturing automation / digitalization.
  • Skills: In areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
  • Cultural Competence: International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
  • Education: University degree.
