Job Title: Director, Global Process and Technology Leader

Ball Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global process and technology initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic management and delivery of business services, global process management, technology product management, and data domain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global business service teams, including dispersed talent, budget, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
  • Enhance end-to-end business processes, including efficiency, cost reduction, and standardization across the organization.
  • Implement shared services strategies, owning and setting strategy for application portfolios and product management within a capability area.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, including data protection regulations.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead improvement initiatives and implement global best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align process objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop technology strategies and solutions for global functions, focusing on Finance & Commercial.
  • Manage the technology capability product lifecycle.
  • Optimize data assets within specific domains, ensuring quality, integrity, and strategic use.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization with increasing levels of responsibility.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leading global, multinational, and remote teams in a matrix organization.
  • Lean practices (Lean Certification - Green/Black Belt preferred).
  • Process re-engineering, program management, and technology implementation.
  • Synthesizing varied viewpoints to identify optimal solutions.
  • Collaborating and driving execution at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge:
  • Continuous improvement and quality in delivery.
  • Planning skills at a strategic, global level.
