Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our product development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes and practices to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in software engineering, preferably in agile environments.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems architecture and microservices.
  • Strong experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
