Financial Leadership Position

This role requires an individual with strong financial acumen to lead our company towards financial stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support business decisions and initiatives.
  • Financial Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Accounting Oversight: Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity and manage banking relationships.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and develop KPI dashboards to track performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement internal controls to safeguard assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • MBA or CPA preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in senior financial roles;
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles;
  • Expertise in ERP systems and financial software;
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
