Construction Site Manager

As a Civil Engineer, you will oversee on-site construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Comply with contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare material submissions and track approvals.
- Develop method statements and risk assessments.
- Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries.
- Control approved drawings and as-built documentation.
- Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and coordinate with site teams.
- Report progress, delays, and site issues to senior management.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.
Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in construction or data center environments. Your experience should include:
- 5+ years of project site experience, ideally within construction or data center environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with ≥ 10 years' site experience.
- Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE and programme controls.
- Proven ability to manage materials, documentation and productivity on fast-track projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
