Descripción del puesto

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona estratégica, resolutiva y orientada a resultados para sumarse como Product Senior Analyst, con foco en liderar la coordinación y priorización de iniciativas de producto regionales.

Funciones clave
  • Actuar como Focal Point para stakeholders clave, gestionando expectativas y negociando prioridades.
  • Analizar métricas de producto y negocio para proponer mejoras y definir criterios de priorización.
  • Aplicar metodologías ágiles: redactar user stories y criterios de aceptación claros, facilitar ceremonias Scrum y promover la colaboración entre equipos.

Para un puesto así hay varias características importantes:

  • Formación universitaria en carreras de Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o afines (deseable).
  • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en roles de producto, gestión de proyectos o análisis en entornos ágiles.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestión de producto (Jira, Trello o similares) y de análisis de datos (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL).
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas complejas con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y coordinación.
  • Perfil curioso, con disposición para aprender nuevas herramientas, procesos y metodologías.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para responder a cambios de contexto o prioridades.
