Emergency Room Nurse Opportunity

As a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients upon arrival, utilizing critical thinking skills to identify potential health risks and prioritize interventions accordingly.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient, ensuring timely and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholders as necessary.
    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocols and techniques, maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines and standards.
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare equipment, aid in emergency treatments and examinations, and monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their stay in the emergency department.
Required Qualifications:
  • A valid RN license in compliance with state regulations and one year of recent experience as an Emergency Room Nurse.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) and ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
  • Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification is also required.
