Utility Solutions Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our delivery of utility solutions in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the renewable energy industry, preferably in storage business.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our sales team to plan and complete technical exchanges with Brazilian customers, train clients, and set forth detailed technical solutions. Additionally, they will hold customer trainings face-to-face and online, create and manage local technical documentation, establish a knowledge database, and represent us in exhibitions.
Key responsibilities include analyzing legal technical requirements and certifications for local markets, driving execution of agreed and required certificates, monitoring market environments, gathering technology intelligence from competitors, supporting our sales team by visiting clients and project sites, providing guidance on system planning and PV system installations, implementing service strategies, maintaining high service levels, fulfilling service requests from local customers, especially our VIP customers, and negotiating with local service partners.
Requirements:
- Based in Brazil, with national travel accepted as needed.
- Native-level Portuguese and fluent English in business contexts.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the renewable energy industry, preferably in storage business.
- Electrician certificate is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Self-driven working mindset, willing to find problems and provide clear logic and multiple proposal options.
- International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
