As a Jira Admin, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to team members on the usage of Jira and Confluence.

  • Contribute to improving processes and standards, ensuring tools remain organized and efficient.
  • Assist end users with various requests submitted.
  • Understand user pain points regarding tool usage.
  • Implement solutions following best practices and standards defined in task management areas.

We require individuals with:

  • At least 3 years of experience administering Jira or related positions.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with Advanced English level.

Desirable attributes include coding/scripting/programming experience.
