Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Wash dishes, pots, and utensils by hand or in a machine, and polish silverware
  • Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
