Strategic Financial Business Partner

Key to this position is effective business partnership with manufacturing leadership teams to drive financial value through EVA performance improvement.
Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial KPIs, conducting monthly business performance reviews with plant management teams, and analyzing month-end financial close results for timely communication to plant operations teams and regional finance teams.
The role will lead local development of spending forecasts for annual operating plan cycles, refresh cross-functional spending forecasts quarterly, and develop in-month monthly financial forecasts to drive action and understanding within plant senior management teams.
This position will manage local capital budgets, project control, and reporting, including all investment proposals from creation to asset capitalization and project closure. Additionally, it will support finance-led initiatives to improve EVA performance and standardize processes.
This role does not involve accounting close or participating in physical inventories and reconciliation.
Requirements- Completed Bachelor Degree
- Proven work-related experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Systems literacy including strong Excel capability
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
- Working knowledge of finance and forecasting principles, general business practices, legal and accounting principles, Economic Value Added (EVA), manufacturing standard costing, financial modeling, and generally accepted managerial practices
