Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining assembly line performance and productivity, aligning with set objectives;
- Coordinating production activities across various sectors and supporting training initiatives for handlers;
- Providing real-time updates on hourly productivity and adhering to operational procedures;
- Participating in team meetings, collaborating with management and customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- One year of clerical experience, preferably in a logistics or operations environment;
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
- Dynamic, creative, and proactive approach;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with set goals and deadlines;
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential;
- Familiarity with Basic Microsoft Office and PC skills, specifically Excel;
- Effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills;
- Interpersonal skills with strong collaboration capabilities;
