Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ECM Specialist to lead the upgrade and maintenance of our document management system.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and verify upgrades to ensure seamless transitions and optimal system performance.
Analyze system requirements, identify potential issues, and develop strategies for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and resolve technical problems.

Key Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in ECM software, including IBM Datacap and Content Manager.
Expertise in installation, configuration, and support of ICN and WebSphere.
Hands-on experience with database management systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
Familiarity with document capture workflows and content repositories.
