Position Overview
As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough research to identify and assess potential candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified talent;
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and requirements;
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource for designated business units, fostering strong partnerships with internal stakeholders;
• Enhancing the company's reputation among candidates and external partners;
• Maintaining meticulous records of candidates, documentation, and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
• Facilitating negotiations regarding compensation packages that align with company policies;
Candidate Profile
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in comprehensive recruitment cycle management;
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or engineering is preferred;
• Previous experience in HR consultancy firms is highly desirable;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams across multiple locations;
• A strong commitment to innovation and excellence in all endeavors;
