Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues for clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing transactions with precision, documenting end-user information, and updating your availability in the RAVE system.

As a skilled Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and successful and unsuccessful resolutions. You will also follow established processes to resolve client queries, access internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to ensure effective problem resolution.

To excel in this role, you will analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems, maintain and update self-help documents for customers, identify red flags, and escalate critical issues to team leaders. Additionally, you will deliver excellent customer service through timely diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries.

This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including team leaders, HR, training teams, and technical leads, to drive operational excellence and superior customer service levels. You will participate in product trainings, undertake learning opportunities, and maintain personal networks to stay current with industry developments.

In summary, as a Marketing Expert, you will leverage your expertise to drive business success, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to a positive work environment.
