About the Role
This permanent position involves coordinating bursary applications, facilitating interviews, and managing student records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with students, institutions, and marketing teams, while maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements.

Earn R350,000 - R450,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and review student applications
- Schedule and facilitate interviews for prospective bursary students
- Verify all student and institution information
- Create acceptance/rejection letters and correspondence for students
- Liaise with students to complete and sign relevant documentation
- Ensure accurate bursary payments are made timeously and in line with allocated budgets
- Track payments and contract requirements
- Maintain up-to-date records of student information
- Deal with queries and communicate with students and institutions via email or phone
- Assist with information relevant to BEE audits
- Participate in company promotional events as required
- Provide regular reporting and ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements
- 2-3 years of administration experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft suite experience preferred)
- Strong sense of accountability and customer focus
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
