Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to oversee the creation and maintenance of core systems for a payroll platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, with expertise in PHP and React.js, as well as experience in developing human capital management solutions.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of backend and frontend components using PHP and React.js
  • Design and implement REST APIs and work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js, strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB, hands-on experience with AWS, and a deep understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of software components using PHP and React.js
  • Implement REST APIs and collaborate with database administrators on data management
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain software components in AWS
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and enforce coding standards across the team
