**About the Role**
The Global Marketing Procurement team at TikTok is responsible for facilitating multi-million dollar annual purchases across various marketing categories. Our mission is to enhance the business units' competitive edge by providing excellent procurement practices and solutions. We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to partner with our Regional Marketing teams in LATAM to develop sourcing strategies and execution plans for multiple sub-categories, including Media, Events, Creative, Market Research, and many more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage P2P procurement process management, including purchase request consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and PO management.
- Lead continual improvement and innovation in company compliance, supplier management, sourcing process optimization, and purchasing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency and accountability for flawless and professional execution of strategies and timely resolution of issues.
- Lead and manage key internal and external procurement partnerships.
- Manage a member of the LATAM team with the potential to grow a Procurement team.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of marketing related procurement experience, through which you demonstrated the ability to develop sourcing strategies, lead commercial tactics, manage supplier agency relationships, and influence leadership/peers to drive business value.
- Knowledge and experience in managing a variety of marketing agencies, and understanding the dynamics of how agency models operate.
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated, ability to navigate complex situations, having a can-do attitude with a propensity toward acting with a sense of urgency & responsibility.
