Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical initiatives, architecting solutions, and leading cross-functional teams on internal and customer projects.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess expertise in software development, proficiency in Java and Oracle PL/SQL, and knowledge of microservices-based architecture.

You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.

Key Skills

  • Expertise in software development;
  • Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle PL/SQL;
  • Experience with microservices-based architecture;
  • Knowledge of versioning tools (Git), continuous integration, and RESTful APIs;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and suggest efficient solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in the telecommunications sector;
  • Technical leadership experience or reference in projects;
  • Knowledge of containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices;
  • Agile methodology experience (Scrum / Kanban).
